In collaboration with you we approach suited candidates. Interested candidates whose experience and expertise align with the culture are invited for a conversation.
We delve into what genuinely drives them. We present one to three strong candidates and guide them through the follow-up interviews. Within six to eight weeks, we present a shortlist. Ensuring an effective path to appointment with a good candidate. Our experience demonstrates that candidates stay on average five years or more.
