‘From a young age, I have followed my heart and dreams. I’m a warm consultant with insight into culture and behaviour. With my background in hospitality management, business administration and governance, combined with 14 years experience in search, I’ve developed a sense for people, organisations and leadership. My life experience has given me depth and realness.
What drives me is bringing out potential in people and the energy I gain from search. Every search is unique; the magic happens when role, timing and personality align. This gives my life meaning. Beyond L’Invitée, I find inspiration in e-gym, interior design and discovering new destinations.’
