Alida de Boer
‘From a young age, I have followed my heart and dreams. My style is warm with insight into behaviour, culture and strategy. With my background in hospitality, international business, governance and 14 years experience in my field, I’ve developed a refined sense for people, organisations and leadership.
My own experience with complex trauma has deepened this insight further. I quickly recognize patterns and blind spots, bring calm and dare to hold up a mirror.
What drives me is bringing out potential in people and the energy I gain from search. Every search is unique; the magic happens when role, timing and personality align. Beyond L’Invitée, I find inspiration in e-gym, interior design and discovering new destinations.’
