If desired, we also take care of the negotiation process. On average, our candidates remain successful in their roles for five years or longer.

Our boutique approach
We work exclusively on a retained search basis, with phased advance payments. Our executive search fee is € 18.500, also for candidates from our network. Interim management is offered from € 165 per hour, with a one-time introduction fee of € 3.950. All mentioned fees are exclusive of vat and subject to our terms.
