Interested candidates are personally invited for a conversation.
We explore what truly drives them and assess their values, qualities and personality. We present one to three strong candidates and guide the follow-up interviews. If desired, we also take care of the negotiation process. On average, our candidates remain successful in their roles for five years or longer.
Interim Management
Every organization faces moments when additional leadership or expertise is required. With temporary replacement, transformation, or bridging a crucial period, we ensure the right person is in place at the right moment. Our interim managers bring professional excellence, decisiveness, and stability.
We offer senior professionals who seamlessly align with the scale, culture, and dynamics of your organization. You will quickly have the right executive on board, someone who makes an immediate impact. Their strength lies in the combination of experience, excellence, personality and professional presence.
Our boutique approach
We work exclusively on a retained search basis, with phased advance payments. Our executive search fee is € 18.500, also for candidates from our network. Interim management is offered from € 165 per hour, with a one-time introduction fee of € 3.950. All mentioned fees are exclusive of vat and subject to our terms.
