Based on a strong role profile, we bring a well-aligned match to life.
Interested candidates whose experience and expertise align with the position and its ambitions are invited for a conversation. We explore what truly drives them. We then present one to three strong candidates and guide them through the follow-up interviews. Within four to six weeks, we present a shortlist. On average, our candidates stay in their roles for five years or more.

Our boutique approach
We work on an exclusive, retained basis with a broad scope and cross-sector experience. Executive search is available at a fixed fee of € 8.500, invoiced in full upfront. Interim management is offered at € 145 per hour. Mentioned fees are exclusive of VAT.
