Through a proactive search, we map the market with precision. We compile a longlist of several dozen to around a hundred profiles, depending on the role and market segment. In close collaboration with you we approach suited candidates. Based on a strong role profile, we bring a well-aligned match to life.
Interested candidates whose experiences and expertise align with the position and its ambitions are invited for a conversation. We explore what truly drives them. We then present one to three strong candidates and guide them through the follow-up interviews. We see, on average, that our candidates stay in their roles for five years or more.

Every organization faces moments when additional leadership or expertise is needed. With our network of experienced interim managers, an executive is quickly in place. Aligning with the scale, culture, and dynamics of your organization. Our interim managers bring decisiveness, calm and structure.
Our boutique approach
We work on an exclusive, retained basis for roles from € 80.000 upwards, with a broad scope and cross-sector experience. Executive search is available at a fixed fee of € 8.500, invoiced upfront. Our true value lies in the process. Interim management is offered at € 160 per hour. Mentioned feest are exclusive of VAT.
