Interested candidates whose experience and expertise align with the culture, position and its ambitions are invited for a conversation. We delve into what genuinely drives them.
We present one to three strong candidates and guide them through the follow-up interviews. Within four to six weeks, we present a shortlist. Our experience demonstrates that candidates stay on average five years or more.

Our boutique approach
We work on an exclusive, retained basis with a broad scope, cross-sector experience and ethically, according to the Recruitercode. Executive search is available at a fee of € 8.500, invoiced upfront.
Interim management is offered at € 145 per hour, invoiced afterwards. Mentioned fees are exclusive of VAT. Every collaboration helps create a greener world, together with Trees for All, we’ve planted 400 trees.
