About Executive Search
We fill senior and executive positions based on a carefully crafted role profile and a focused search. Tailored to the role and market segment we create a longlist. In collaboration with you we approach suitable candidates. Interested candidates whose experience and expertise align with the culture are invited for a personal conversation.
We delve into what genuinely drives them. We present one to three strong candidates and guide them through the follow-up interviews. Within four to six weeks, we present a shortlist. This ensures an effective path to appointment with a good candidate. Our experience demonstrates that candidates stay on average five years or more.
