With my background in hospitality, international business and governance, I have a refined sense for people, organizations and trustworthy leadership. My style combines warmth and strength with insight into behaviour, culture and strategy. What drives me is bringing out potential in people, and the energy I gain from search. Every search is unique; the magic happens when role, timing and person align. My ambition is to bring people together in a way that truly fits and to empower them to thrive. Beyond my work, I find inspiration in fashion, interior, traveling, EGYM and hospitality.’
