Our expertise lies in executive search and interim management for key roles. With a thoughtful and proactive search, we work with focus and commitment to quality. Our efficient four-step process, which typically takes around three months, ensures a tailored approach aligned with your needs.
In an in-depth conversation, we gain a clear understanding of your organization, role, and context. In close consultation, we then approach a carefully selected group of candidates who match the position and ambition. These latent candidates, with a bachelor’s, master’s or PhD background, possess the relevant experience and expertise.
We approach candidates personally and with care, and meet them one-on-one. We analyze what drives them, consider their values, qualities, and personality, and present one to three strong candidates, each provided with a complete profile. We coordinate the follow-up interviews and guide the selection process through to a successful conclusion.
If desired, we take over the negotiation process. After signing, we celebrate the placement in style with a bottle of Moët & Chandon champagne. Our involvement continues, and we see that our candidates typically remain in their positions for five years or longer.
We work exclusively on a retained search basis, with phased advance payments. Our executive search fee is € 18.500 excluding vat, also for candidates from our network. Interim management is offered from € 165 per hour excluding vat, with a one-time introduction fee of € 3.950.
We work ethically in accordance with the Recruitercode, and have experience across various sectors, with a local, national, and international network.
