Finding the perfect fit is our expertise. We specialize in search. Through executive search and interim management, we connect seasoned professionals to key positions, permanently or on an interim basis, where they bring clarity, stability, and impact. If the ideal candidate is already in our network, we deliver immediately. Otherwise, we launch a focused and strategic search. Our four-step process typically takes around three months.

We begin with an in-depth conversation to understand your organization, the role, and its context. Then, through a smart search, we select around 100 suitable profiles focused on passive candidates with a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD background. We choose professionals with experience, expertise, and character.

Once aligned, we personally approach selected candidates and invite interested individuals for a one-on-one meeting in an inspiring setting. We listen closely and analyze what truly drives them. For one to three shortlisted candidates, we provide a comprehensive profile including CV, motivation letter, summary, and reference checks. We coordinate the full interview process on your behalf, which typically concludes in two to three meetings.

We also guide the negotiation phase until the contract is signed. Upon successful placement, we celebrate in style, with a bottle of Moët for both you and the selected candidate. Our partnerships are built on trust, and most of our placements remain for five years or more. We do what we love and do best: connecting and strengthening people.

Our retained search model ensures quality, exclusivity, and results. We charge a fixed fee of € 18.500 excluding vat for executive search, with a focus on mission-critical roles. This also applies to candidates from our trusted network. For interim management, we charge € 165 per hour excluding vat.
