Interested candidates whose experiences and expertise align with the position and its ambitions are invited for a conversation. We explore what truly drives them. We then present one to three strong candidates and guide them through the follow-up interviews. We see, on average, that our candidates stay in their roles for five years or more.

Our boutique approach
We work exclusively on a retained basis. Executive search is offered at a fixed fee of € 24.500, invoiced in two phases. Interim management is available from €165 per hour. Mentioned fees are exclusive of vat.
