Interested candidates whose experiences and expertise align with the position and its ambitions are invited for a conversation. We explore what truly drives them. We then present one to three strong candidates and guide them through the follow-up interviews. We see, on average, that our candidates stay in their roles for five years or more.

Our boutique approach
We work on an exclusive, retained basis for roles from € 80.000 upwards, with a broad scope and cross-sector experience. Executive search is available at a fixed fee of € 8.500, invoiced upfront. Our true value lies in the process. Interim management is offered at € 145 per hour. Mentioned feest are exclusive of VAT.
