If we already have the right candidate in our network, we deliver immediately. If the candidate is not yet available, we initiate an active search. With a sharp eye for people and organizations, we guide you through an efficient four step process. On average, this process takes approximately four months. 

Through an in-depth conversation, we define the story of your organization, the role, and its context. Using a smart and strategic search, we provide you with a curated longlist of approximately 100 matching profiles. We focus on passive candidates with bachelor’s, master’s or PhD degree, who are open to new opportunities. We carefully select people with years of experience, the right expertise and good character. 

Once candidates are approved, we personally reach out to them and invite those interested for a one-on-one conversation in an inspiring setting. We sense and analyze what motivates people. For suitable, one to three shortlisted candidates, we present a comprehensive profile, including a cv, motivation letter, profile summary and thorough reference check. We then coordinate and schedule interviews on your behalf. The selection process is typically concluded after two to three interviews, ensuring an efficient and seamless experience.

We guide the negation process up until the moment the candidate signs the agreement. After a successful placement, both you as the client and the selected candidate will recieven a bottle of Moët Impérial champagne, to celebrate this special moment. We remain engaged with both you and your new collegue. Our partnerships are based on a foundation of trust and the majority of the candidates we place stay for an average of five years or longer.

Our retained search model ensures quality, exclusivity, guaranteeing you a better, thorough selection and goal oriented search that delivers results. At L’Invitée we work with a clear and transparant fee of 30% (excl. VAT) of  the gross annual salary for an active executive search, spread over four three months. When we introduce a candidate from our trusted network, the same fee applies, invoiced in full upon successful placement. Our fees are solely intended to ensure the right candidate is found. Interim Management from € 165 per hour (excl. VAT).
