It originates from the simple idea of appreciation, that people thrive when they are truly valued. With a personable style, we help people and organisations flourish.

‘From a young age, I have followed my heart and dreams. I’m a warm strategist with insight into culture and behaviour. With my background in hospitality management, business administration and governance, combined with 14 years experience in search, I’ve developed a refined sense for people, organisations and leadership.
My own experience with complex trauma has given me depth and authenticity: I quickly recognize patterns and blind spots, bring calm and hold up a mirror. I’m reflective, introspective and compassionate.
What drives me is bringing out potential in people and the energy I gain from search. Every search is unique; the magic happens when role, timing and personality align. Beyond L’Invitée, I find inspiration in e-gym, interior design and discovering new destinations.’
