L’Invitée works on a retained search basis because our work is exclusive and committed. We charge a fee upfront to cover the costs of our dedicated efforts and expertise. Our method of searching is preferred when a position is essential for your company, but the candidates are not easy to find in advance. Heading for success, our trusted services are going to lead to rich, personal and interesting relationships.

Our collaboration with Trees for All
In partnership with Trees for All, we’ve donated and planted 200 trees worldwide in two projects in the Netherlands and Mexico. These trees aren’t just symbols of our dedication to environmental care; they’re tangible contributions to reforestation efforts and biodiversity conversation. By planting trees, we’re not only offsetting carbon emissions but also restoring ecosystems, enhancing air quality, and providing habitats for wildlife.
